Information and Documents required for filing industrial design application in the Republic of Estonia

1. The Applicant's full name and address;
2. The nomination of design (usage of the Locarno Treaty terminology is recommended);
3. Full name and address of author(s);
4. Reproduction of industrial design, namely general view of design should be presented (as well as other views necessary to provide a full and detailed idea of the external appearance of the design); Photographs (drawings) should not exceed the dimensions of A4 format;
5. Priority documents (if the priority is claimed) may be supplied within nine months after the filing date);
6. Power of Attorney (notarisation is not required) may be supplied within two months after the filing date).
