Information and Documents required for filing industrial design application in the Republic of Lithuania

1. The Applicant's full name and address;
2. Title of design;
3. Full name, address and sitizenship of author(s);
4. Black-white photografs or graphical pictures of design (quantity: 7 photos (graphical pictures) of the general view of the design not bigger than 10x14 cm and not smaller than 8x8 cm; photographs (graphical pictures) of other views (-if any) – 3 photographs for each view); additionally – 3 coloured photographs (graphical pictures) of the general view – if coloured design is requested;
5. Declaration signed by author and assignment signed by author and applicant if assignment involved (may be supplied within 3 months after the filing date);
6. Priority date, country and number of the first application, if convention priority is claimed (certified copy of the first application may be supplied within three months after the filing date);
7. Certificate of official or officially recognized international exibition body, if exibition priority is claimed (may be supplied within 3 months after the filing date);
8. Power of Attorney in original (may be supplied within three months after the filing date).
