- The Patent Law (the current Patent Law entered into force on March 01, 2007).
- The Law on Trademarks and Indications of Geographical Origin (entered into force on July 15, 1999, with amendments of November 11, 2004).
- Law on Industrial Designs entered into force as of November 18, 2004 instead of previous «Rules on Industrial Design» (of April 15, 2004), which lost its force.
- Law on the Protection of Topographies of Semiconductor Chips (entered into force on April 30, 1998).
- Law on the Protection of Plant Varieties (of 1993; new redaction took effect on January 01, 2000).
