  1. The  Patent Law (the current Patent Law entered into force on March 01, 2007).
  2. The Law on Trademarks and Indications of Geographical Origin (entered into force on July 15, 1999, with amendments of November 11, 2004).
  3. Law on Industrial Designs entered into force as of November 18, 2004 instead of previous «Rules on Industrial Design» (of April 15, 2004), which lost its force.
  4. Law on the Protection of Topographies of Semiconductor Chips (entered into force on April 30, 1998).
  5. Law on the Protection of Plant Varieties (of 1993; new redaction took effect on January 01, 2000).
