Lawyer. Registered Latvian patent attorney, trademark attorney and industrial design attorney (registration Nr. 24). European Patent and Trademark Attorney. Professional field covers patent and trademark prosecution and litigation as well as general management of the company. Participant of educational programs in the field of intellectual property protection, in particular the ones organized by the European Patent Office. Publications in the field of intellectual property protection in the Baltic mass media. Speaker at International IP Conferences with special attention to the problem of exhaustion of rights and parallel import of goods. Member of the Association of Latvian Patent Attorneys (LPA), Independent examiner of the Latvian Commercial Register on valuation of intellectual property, Member of the Latvian Association of Independent Examiners, Member of the International Association for the Protection of Intellectual Property (AIPPI), Member of the Licensing Executives Society International (LESI), Member of the UNION of European Practitioners in Industrial Property (UNION), Member of the International Federation of Industrial Property Attorneys (FICPI).
